By accessing or using cinrift (the "Service") at https://cinrift.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

cinrift is a movie and TV metadata index and discovery tool. We surface descriptions, posters, ratings, and availability information sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). When you choose to play a title, the page loads a third-party embed frame; the underlying media is hosted and served by that third party.

The Service does not:

• Host, store, or transmit any video or audio file
• Operate the third-party embed providers whose frames appear in the player
• Guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party content

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are located in a jurisdiction that sets a higher minimum age for online services, you must be at least that age.

Account creation is optional. If you create an account you must provide a valid email address and a password that you do not use elsewhere. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any access-control measure on the Service or on any third-party service we link to
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use, or to republish the metadata we display
• Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to identify vulnerabilities in the Service, the Cloudflare Worker, or the D1 database
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by submitting malformed requests at a rate that exceeds the per-IP limits in the worker
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any other person
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

The cinrift name, logo, layout, and source code are the intellectual property of the operator. Movie, TV, and production-company names, titles, posters, and backdrops are the property of their respective owners and are used here under the TMDB API terms of use. Playable media is supplied by third-party embed providers and is the property of those providers' respective licensors.

We do not claim any ownership of TMDB metadata, the underlying media, or any third-party brand. TMDB attribution appears in the site footer and on each metadata-driven page.

The Service contains links to, and renders content from, third-party websites and services, including the third- party embed providers. We do not control and do not endorse the content of those services. Their terms, privacy policies, and acceptable-use policies apply to your use of them.

We may add, remove, or reorder third-party embed providers at any time without notice. The presence of a third-party provider in the player list is not a recommendation or endorsement.

The DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure is described in detail on the DMCA tab. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal; the operator evaluates each notice against 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF METADATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ANY CONTRIBUTOR TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID THE OPERATOR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE SERVICE IS FREE; IN THE ORDINARY COURSE YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may close it by emailing the address at the bottom of this page; the operator will action the request within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The operator's failure to enforce any right or provision in any instance does not waive that right or provision.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DMCA policy reachable from the same page, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior communications on the same subject.
